the lunar new year the lunar new year is a great occasion to the chinese people. it lasts about the first four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. students do not go to school, and shops are closed. several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. farmers kill pigs, sheep, cocks and hens. city dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. houses are cleaned; couplets are posted on the doors. colourful lanterns are hung at the gate. on the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. after the meal they watch tv until the clock strickes twelve. then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fire works to welcome the new year. on the first day of the new year, almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. when people meet on the way, they say to each other "happy new year". friends and relatives pay new year calls and gives presents to each other. children indulge themselves in games. 陰歷新年 陰歷新年對(duì)中國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō)是個(gè)很重要的節(jié)日。它大約要持續(xù)4天，在這期間，除了值班人員外，人們都放假。工人不上工，學(xué)生上不學(xué)，商店關(guān)門。 新年前幾天人們就開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備。農(nóng)民們?cè)讱⒇i、雞、羊。城市居民買肉、魚、蔬菜。人們打掃房子，貼對(duì)聯(lián)，掛彩燈。 新年除夕，各家各戶圍坐在一起吃團(tuán)圓飯。飯后，人們看電視，到了午夜12點(diǎn)，在這辭舊迎新的時(shí)刻，人們?nèi)挤鸥鞣N煙花炮竹來(lái)慶祝。新年第一天，即正月初一，所有的人都穿著最漂亮的衣服，路上相遇，互相道“新年好”，親戚朋友拜年互贈(zèng)禮物，孩子們盡情地玩耍。
Every body knows that study is one of the most important things for the young people,and a lot of people think that youngmen should study everyday to get a good score.But I do not agree with such an idea, my opinion is the social activity and study are good friends.
I have 3 main aspects to support my idea.Firstly,the purpose of study is to do more contributions to the society, is to serve for the work.We learn more and more things in order to work easier and easier in the future, so social activity is the checking standard of study. Secondly, the social activity can make us know what is our weak point and what we should learn in the future. For example, if I can not use computer in my social work, I must ask myself to learn it well so as to improve my work.
Finally, the social activity is also a kind of rest for us after study.
From what has talked above,we can safely draw a conclusion that the social activity is a good partner of study, we should make use of the relations between them to create a good future.
Early to bed, early to rise, makes a men healthy, wealthy and wise. Then, eat more vegetables and fruits, less meat. Eating an apple a day keeps doctor away. Try to eat less junk food, or it will make you fatter and unhealthy. Oh, and you shouldn’t drink coffee. Maybe you can also drink some milk ,as you like, and it’s healthy.Finaly,Doing more exercise can make you strong and athletic.
Good rest, good food and exercise help you study better and get good grades.o

tv programmes ,including the news,davertisements and movies,are an important part in our daily life.most of them are very useful,like news which can help us to know what happened.especially the international news which can let us know the world better.advertisements also can be used to introduce some new products.however,there are some unhealthy tv programmes be watched by many people.and they will have an adverse effec on those people,especially teenagers.for example,a movie has violence or sex,young people don't know what is wrong or right,so maybe they will emulate it to make some big troubles.
